Enterprises Consulting Founded in 1998,
Omega Enterprises Consulting provides consulting services which
include but are not limited to: Analog and RF
integrated circuit design. Application of
circuit simulation tools to analog and RF circuit design problems. Modeling of
semiconductor devices, including silicon CMOS, silicon bipolar, and
compound semiconductor MESFET’s and PHEMT’s. Assistance with
the assertion and interpretation of patents and trade secrets
involving semiconductor devices and circuit design techniques.
Expert witness
work in patent and trade secret litigation. Laurence
W. Nagel Now with more than 35
years of experience in the integrated circuit industry, Dr. Nagel
earned his BS, MS, and PhD degrees at the University of California
where he was the lead developer of the SPICE circuit simulation
program. As a result, a cottage industry of SPICE simulation tools
was launched that proved very valuable to industry.
During his 20 year
career at Bell Laboratories, Dr. Nagel
Developed the
ADVICE circuit simulation program Managed the
development of process and device simulation tools Participated in
the development of the Kull-Nagel bipolar model
Designed analog
circuits for submicron NMOS processes. Worked on
assertion of patents and negotiation of patent licenses in the AT&T
Intellectual Property Division.
Was the project
manager for the Celerity circuit simulation program development. While at Anadigics,
Inc., he managed the simulation of RF integrated circuits; modeling
and characterization of GaAs MESFET device processes; and importing
silicon CMOS design tools and foundry support.
As an independent
consultant, Dr. Nagel comes with extensive experience as an expert
witness as well as in other consulting work.
